Winter is upon us. This is a great time to gather your energies and retreat into yourself. Take time out from your busy days to nurture your body, your energy, and your spirit with a mini retreat that will leave you feeling restored and rejuvenated.
During our time together, we'll explore movement and breath, restorative poses, guided imagery, meditative hand mudras, deep relaxation and more.
