The focus of this class will be balance - a balance between sun and moon. As such, we'll be doing a series of sun and moon posture flows. This will be an all levels gentle class followed by deep relaxation and mudra meditation. Balance and reclaim your magnificent self. Class will be followed by a potluck supper. Please join us.
