Learn to stand on your feet, (even when you're upside down), with this fabulous three-hour inversions immersion. In genuine workshop style, we'll break down the key elements that create balance in handstand, forearm balance, headstand and crow pose. We'll work in a sequence to keep our blood and breath flowing throughout, and we’ll finish with some gentle restorative poses. Suitable for those with some yoga experience, this workshop will give you confidence to approach these more challenging inverted poses. And if you're a more experienced practitioner, come along and have some fun!
Julie Shannon is a highly experienced Sydney yoga teacher practising and teaching yoga to an advanced level. She teaches flowing sequences of physical postures to focus the breath and refine physical alignment. Julie believes yoga is an incredible tool for cultivating energy, harmony and balance in your life. She also believes practicing yoga should be fun! Julie studied with top teachers across the world and has taught at major Sydney schools since 2003.
