Yoga for the Weekend Warrior will help you maximize your body's true potential and keep your body healthy for whatever sport or adventure comes your way.
Stacey Pepper Schwartz, RYT 200 Stacey was a professional dancer when she took her first yoga class in order to increase her strength and flexibility and what she found was a different kind of strength and flexibility that comes from connecting fully to your body and mind. She has been teaching people of all ages, abilities and experiences the joy of tapping into their movement potential for the past 15 years. She received her 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certification at Sacred Rivers and is thrilled to be teaching here.
