Free Laughter Yoga Session 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Kauai Veterans Center, 3215 Kapule Hwy, Lihue Free We practice laughter yoga; a gentle series of breath, movement, clapping, and laughing exercises proven to relieve stress, improve health, and refresh the mind.
