A Second Spring: Yoga & Mindfulness to Enhance Life through Menopause

Join Sigrid Matthews and Patti Pierce for a special day to celebrate living a healthful and fulfilling life throughout your Menopausal years and beyond. Shift your perspective as you move into your second spring - often one of the most powerful times in a woman's life. Learn the transformative yoga tools of asana, pranayama (breath work), meditation, visualization and self-reflection, to help you build a daily practice that calms some of the difficult aspects of menopause, like insomnia, hot flashes, agitation, anxiety and weight gain.

This supportive workshop will provide practical information on ayurvedic remedies, dietary guidelines, essential oils, and other useful lifestyle tips relevant to menopausal women. The session will end with an open discussion.

Each participant will receive an information-packed booklet written by Patty and Sigrid.
