Join Frances for an evening of 75 minutes of yoga bliss concluding with wine and chocolates. Class starts at 6:00 pm until 7:15, afterwards the libations will be served. A wonderful opportunity to connect with other yogi's and create a sense of fellowship. If you are a current student you can use your existing class card or membership.
