	Essential Oils Workshop with Stephanie Ellis Saturday, February 2nd 1:00-3:00pm $25 Join us for yoga for all levels followed by relaxation with essential oils. This class moves as a restful and restorative pace with deeper stretching, hands-on assists in a small group supportive setting. We will end our practice with relaxation and information on the use of essential oils for health and balance and how to incorporate essential oils to enhance your yoga practice.
