This 5-night yoga retreat at a lovely little boutique hotel near the sea will leave you feeling healthy, inspired and at peace. The hotel, located in the charming 'old town' of Denia, is a 10 min walk to the sea & gorgeously long sandy beaches. All 15 bedrooms are ensuite & authentically decorated, sprinkled with trinkets by the hotel owners who just so happen to be Feng Shui interior designers so there's a lovely calm vibe about the house. There's a peaceful courtyard garden and a beautiful yoga studio with huge glass doors opening onto the courtyard allowing the fresh sea air & bird song into our yoga practice. Each day begins quietly with a cleansing cup of herbal Yogi tea & fresh fruits before the first of our twice daily yoga sessions to open your body, mind & senses to the day ahead. After a healthy buffet breakfast, your day could be spent enjoying the guided coastal hike or any of our optional activities including: a fun Spanish cookery workshop, guided mountain biking into villages beyond the coast, soothing pampering therapies, exploring the lovely town or simply relaxing at the beach with its beautiful wide open views. We gather again late afternoon for our second yoga session to cultivate pranic peace & unwind from the day before the 4-course vegetarian supper where you'll have chance to get to know your fellow guests & yoga teachers. This retreat will give you a hands on, fun & personal experience as we allow the yoga to open up our bodies & let us back in - whether you're a keen beginner or have a regular practice. Airport transfers are available from/to Alicante airport at selected times so all you need do is find yourself a flight and leave the rest to us.
