The aim of this 6 night health retreat is to help you achieve your optimum state of well-being and to show you how to be naturally youthful & healthy for as long as possible. Based at a beautiful Spa hotel near the sea an hour north of Alicante. This programme, exclusively designed for the female body, includes a variety of daily activities that focus on the parts of the body that tend to age first & fast together with a series of educational health workshops with our qualified Nutritionist, Style Coach, Doctor, Mind Coach & Stress management expert. As we age nothing looks or feels the way it used to. From our hair and skin, to the shape of our bodies, every part of us changes. But, there are a great many positive things that can be done to improve our health and wellbeing – whatever our age - these you'll discover on The Ultimate Mind & Body Holiday. We've gathered together a team of 14 professionals all keen to share their practical anti-ageing advice to help you press the re-set button on how you feel, think & look - forever. So whether you're recovering from a recent break up, feel stuck in a rut or just simply what to refresh & update your eating, exercise & styling 'routine' - we promise you'll feel inspired & sparkling by the end of your 6-night stay with us. Airport transfers are included from/to Alicante airport at selected times &, as we don't expect guests to share rooms, everyone has their own beautifully appointed luxury suite with private terrace or balcony overlooking the beautiful lagoon pool. Together with our 6-night activity & educational programme, the holiday also includes a doctor approved detox menu plan, two gorgeous therapies & unlimited use of the Spa, gym, sauna & jacuzzi.
