Saturday morning, February 9, 2013, 10:00-12:00. In this workshop, you'll learn about gentle, uncomplicated poses you can do at home, sequencing, modifications for your body & abilities, props, setting up your space, music, & relaxation techniques. You'll go home with knowledge & plenty of handouts, ready to create a relaxing yoga sequence that suits your needs. It will be a fun & packed two hours, & we'd love to have you join us!
