	Sandrine Laborde is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher who used to teach at COMO Shambhala. She has taken one year off to deepen her studies of Yoga and had just spent two months with the Iyengars in Pune, India. She has also started an advanced teacher training with her teachers, Faeq and Corine Biria, in Paris, France. This workshop will be a General workshop covering all families of poses. Sandrine’s passion and commitment to teaching strongly motivates both beginners and advanced students of yoga. She is also a source of inspiration for teachers. Sandrine challenges her students, guiding them through poses to achieve true understanding of Iyengar yoga, with considerable compassion and care.
