This series of weekend immersions cover "the nuts and bolts" of teaching yoga: voice quality, presence, sequencing, demonstrating, legal issues, how yoga works, history of yoga, business of yoga, practice teaching, living the yoga lifestyle, asana (physical poses), pranayama (breath-work), meditation, yoga philosophy, and deeper levels of anatomy and alignment. The Science of Teaching Yoga is required for the 270 Hour Teacher Training Programs.
