This class will focus on the 5-element theory, 3-doshas (vata, pitta and kapha) and sub-doshas including their locations and expressions throughout the body. You will discover your unique physical/mental/emotional constitution. We will also take a closer look at how Ayurvedic wisdom views the Mind (Manas) in relation to the body, senses and soul.
