The Yoga Shala 200h Yoga Teacher Training in Morocco consists of four theoretical modules – each week one module with a specific topic. Our Yoga Teacher Training Program includes comprehensive studies for people with strong interest for a deep dive into the world of Yoga. Practical and theoretical contents complete each other, forming an application-oriented program that is based on approved practice.

Our program transports a solid framework for Yoga-Teachers-to-be. It builds a platform for an inspired way of teaching Vinyasa Yoga as well as for the own Yoga practice on the way of personal evolution. Currents of Indian Philosophies melt with a vivid Anatomy, the art of sequencing classes and knowledge about transformative processes on the path of Yoga. We are glad to offer you our Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training and to share our experience. We continuously research the field of Yoga enthusiastically, surprised by its treasures and ever beauty. Since 2005 we teach successfully the Yoga Teacher Training. The weekly program includes daily changing asana classes, pranayama, meditation, Indian philosophy and the art of sequenzing.

Daily schedule Monday-Saturday

7:00 – 9:30 Asana, Pranayama, Meditation Breakfast 11:00 – 13;00 body work

16:00 – 18:00 Asana alignment, adjustment & sequencing Dinner 19:00 – 20:30 Yoga philosophy

Pranayama connects breathwork with Bandhas and Mudras for establishing the pranic body. It guides to a better understanding of Kundalini Energy. It also contains Mantra techniques for the refined flow of energy in the pranic body. Meditation Meditation sessions contain both, Mantra chanting and Meditation. The instructions capture Sutras from traditional texts of Patanjali(detachment, citta vrtti, samyama), Samkhya (svarupa), Vedanta (Shankara, Atma Bodha, Ramana Maharshi ‘Who am I’ and ‘What is going on’) and Kashmir Saivism (Hrdaya – Heart – Spanda – Energy). The Sutras lead into a profound research of the Self. The theoretical part involves a one week program.

Energetic Alignment 2: Core Integration: Building strength, stabilization of Asanas with Core Power, corrections and assistance, moving from the center 2013 october 28. – november 2nd.

Energetic Alignment 3: Feet up: How to teach inversions & the center of sensibility. 2013 november 4th – 9th.

Energetic Alignment 4: Sequencing, teaching principles & handson 2013 november 11th – 16th.

COSTS The price for the 4 week Teacher Training in Morocco is €2.750 including accommodation in a double room in an apartment with kitchen and bathroom /Medina (old town). You can book the comprehensive teacher training or single weeks as a module (module per week € 690)
