The goal of the weekend is "Developing the Elite Trainers."

Students will be practice the foundations of assisting and supporting elite athletes.

Discussions on the voice coaching of elite athletes, and establishing a sound teaching for athletes mindset and training preparation. During this module students will also further understand the philosophy of our flow will teach students about freedome to explore and create space for all athletes to excell. Students will further develope a deeper understanding assisting classes and coaches in the grand scheme of different team goals and philosophies. This weekend long session is an inward journey that brings the focus to the internal by recognizing where we hold back, and where we can break through to inspire others. Module 1: Dates/Times: Friday 5/10: 5:00pm-10pm Saturday 5/11: 9:00am- 6:00pm Sunday 5/12: 9:00am- 8:30pm Module 2: Dates/Times: Friday 6/7- 5:00pm-10pm Saturday 6/8- 9:00am- 6:00pm Sunday 6/9- 9:00am- 8:30pm

Program pre-requisite: 200hour Teacher Training from any school

All involved will receive 20 CEU's toward YA.

All training hours will be held at Sid Yoga Center in Towson, MD
