Sunday Feb 17, 1 to 4pm. Come alone or with a partner and explore the many playful possibilities in Partner Yoga. A number of yoga poses are enhanced using the reciprocal strengths of a partner. Valentine chocolated at the potluck following the workshop. 10% family discount. All levels are welcome. |
