Sunday April 28 from 1 to 4pm. Totally Guy Yoga. Validate and celebrate a man's approach to this mind/body practice. Typically men are physically strong, with tight muscles and joings, and often hold old injuries. Yoga can help in healing while tccepting the challenges of practice and letting go of the need to compete and/or push ghrough pain. Brian is firefighter, and expeiienced Reiki and QiGong practitioner - a real guy's guy. (Women are welcome in this guys class to appreciate and validate the man's approach to yoga.) Stay for a potluck (and beer) afterwards. |
