This is a 200Hr Yoga Alliance certification program set deep in the mountains of Spain at El Convento Retreat Center. It will be a foundational and transformative journey exploring the deep underbelly of what is yoga: advanced asana, therapeutics, anatomy, yoga history, philosophy (four readings), meditation, pranayama, Mantra/Sanskrit/chanting. This 200hour program will set you on the right foot towards this lifelong practice of learning. El Convento has a rich and mystical history that sets a perfect tone and space to study yoga in.
