Join this 8-week therapeutic yoga series designed specifically for those suffering from back pain! Each class in this series builds upon the next and will consist of: EDUCATION ABOUT YOUR BACK HEALTH, BREATHING TECHNIQUES TO EASE BACK PAIN, GENTLE YOGA PRACTICE INCREASING STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY, RELAXATION OR MEDITATION FOR STRESS RELEASE and WEEKLY HOME PRACTICE.
