Get connected! Saturday February 16th 4:30 – 6:00pm $20 per person $35 for 2 people if you sign up together This practice is open to couples, family, friends or anyone who wants to share in movement and fun. Move side by side centering, traditional poses, partner poses (includes physical support, assisting, massaging, balancing, and lots of laughs). Gift yourselves time to deepen communication, trust, compassion, & love for each other. Postures will be adapted to accommodate every body, flexibility/physical activity level and yoga (or no yoga) experience. Taught by Sandy Byrne and Sharon Shanti Danio
