In both workshops, partner yoga will condition our bodies, minds and hearts to play with gravity as we discover and develop the art of communication and spotting to keep the fun safe. Each workshop includes deep core and alignment work, in a safe and supportive environment, balanced with therapeutic floating, contact yoga and the benefit of mutual healing techniques

MARC BAUCHET is a certified AcroYoga & Tulayoga teacher from France. From a martial arts background he began his Yoga journey over 10 years ago, discovering AcroYoga, Thaï massage and Acrobatics along the way, all of which complement his practice and enrich his teaching.
