Renowned fitness and yoga teacher Claire Norgate is return to Beijing in 2013 to host this internationally recognized Pilates teacher training programme, with a greater flexibility for busy people like yourselves.

The first 4 days are open to anyone who would like to know more about Pilates, the principles, learn Pilates exercises and benefits - no previous Pilates experienced required. You will learn the principles of Pilates and how effective they are in all movements.

The last 2 days are for those who would like to obtain instructor knowledge to give you the tools to become a Certified Fundamental Matwork Pilates instructor.  Successful graduates of the full 6-day course will receive a Certificate by Claire Norgate, through Network Pilates Australia.
