A realistic look at where we are as individuals, how we see ourselves today and where we would like to be tomorrow. It is rooted in the belief that change in life is inevitable and can become a natural process which we embrace instead of one which we continually reject and fear. Mahatma Gandhi, the famous Indian statesman, said, “You should become the change you want to see in the world.” Change begins with you! And it is possible!
The Workshop is based on three solid principles:
1) Kriya – Action, energy. We work on the physical part of you changing your energy levels. If you can feel that what is happening inside of you is different, healthy; you will automatically react positively and creatively with new ideas and resolve.
2) Sunia – Listening. Meditation is the art of listening to what is happening inside of you. It is concentrating on vital issues such as the way you feel, your inner drives, what happened yesterday and what can happen today. It is the process to live in the “here and now”.
3) Shanti – Peace. Shanti is entering into the “flow”. Perceiving movement and the natural laws of the universe which are all around us. It is about “stilling” the mind and finding that creative place within yourself. Where self-love starts and our capacity to love and have concern for others. It is where we all want to go no matter what it is that we do in life.
