The Workshop is based on three solid principles:

1) Kriya – Action, energy. We work on the physical part of you changing your energy levels. If you can feel that what is happening inside of you is different, healthy; you will automatically react positively and creatively with new ideas and resolve.

2) Sunia – Listening. Meditation is the art of listening to what is happening inside of you. It is concentrating on vital issues such as the way you feel, your inner drives, what happened yesterday and what can happen today. It is the process to live in the “here and now”.

3) Shanti – Peace. Shanti is entering into the “flow”. Perceiving movement and the natural laws of the universe which are all around us. It is about “stilling” the mind and finding that creative place within yourself. Where self-love starts and our capacity to love and have concern for others. It is where we all want to go no matter what it is that we do in life.

The Workshop Believe is held by Master Teacher Hargobind Singh. Hargobind lived and studied directly with Yogi Bhajan over 34 years. Hargobind has been directing Teachers Trainigs in Spain, Europe and Latin America for the last 18 years with an open, free and challenging style.
