Bring your friend or sweetheart out for a light-hearted practice, using partnered poses that are playful, powerful, and peaceful. Couples yoga will allow you and your partner to ease each other’s tensions, build each other’s strength, and deepen your connection. No previous yoga experience necessary! Learn some calming stretches and even some light massage techniques that will help you to melt away tension for years to come. Soft music, candlelight, chocolate… the perfect celebration of your relationship.
Space is limited, so be sure to sign up early. Each couple will receive a pair of Imagine wine glasses!
Cost per couple $40 at the door, $35 in advance. Included in unlimited yoga package. RSVP to hold your space. |
