Five Animal Ki Gong Ki Gong is great for children as well as adults, developing coordination, focus, balance, and strength through flowing series of movements called Forms. One of the most ancient Forms is Five Animal Ki Gong, drawing on the spirits of the fierce and untamed tiger, the graceful deer, the steady and lumbering bear, the agile monkey, and the flying crane. This delightful form mimics the movements, attitudes, and sounds of the animals, helping each of us embrace the child within in this captivating practice.
Join our regular Ki Gong instructor, Pat Durning, with her colleague, Judy Burke, for this fun family frolic.
