Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of chanting, guided meditation, singing bowls and soothing original songs.

Kristen will start the evening off with an hour of Sound Healing – using Tibetan and crystal quartz “singing” bowls, bells, planetary chimes, a healing gong, and other soothing percussion instruments. She will also lead some simple breathing exercises and a guided meditation.

Ami will lead kirtan for the remaining hour, and also share a few of his soothing original songs.
