Today yoga workshop we notice where we are holding tension and actively let go. We explore the conundrum that the more we relax into our asanas or postures the deeper and more comfortably they work. We will use simple visualisation techniques that help us release negative thought patterns and make room for more positive ones.
A flowing day of moving sequences, some pair work and time to unravel asanas in depth. Breath and meditation techniques will further assist our art to letting go. 10am to 3.30pm Bring your own lunch to share. Hot and cold drinks provide |
