Celebrate the summer if the weather permits enjoying the garden with sun salutations and moving sequences. The beautiful garden leads down the river with shady trees or those needing cooler spot, its an interesting challenge to work on the uneven grass and feel of grass between your toes! With time for quietness and the cool of the Sanctuary room. As usual the day will be a balance of asanas, pair work, relaxation, breathing and stillness. Includes lunch with hot/cold drinks.
