We will explore the unseen energetic system of the chakras. With yoga sequences we work mindfully to enhance and deepen our yoga and understanding. If weather permits we will enjoy open air yoga in the beautiful garden. As usual the day will be a balance of asanas, pair work, relaxation, breathing and stillness.
