Moving into Autumn we enjoy a day of asanas to open the heart centre and encourage deeper breath and calm mind. Working with anaharta chakra can lift our spirits and with mindful approach we bring together mind body spirit. 10am to 3.30pm the day offers a mix of poses, flowing sequences, breathwork and meditation and lead relaxation.
