Deepen your experiential understanding of the energy that creates, enlightens, and purifies the yoga practice. Strengthen your connection to universal wisdom and to your own intuition. In this workshop we will dive into the Kundalini Shakti and Prana Shakti through asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and discussion. We will also journey through each of the seven major energy centers in the body known as the Chakras in a powerful and graceful flow. Focus will be on both physical and non-physical alignment. Practice will end with deep relaxation and guided meditation. All levels welcome!
