Description: Reiki is a hands-on energy balancing technique, easily learned by anyone, that promotes stress-reduction and balance of mind, body and spirit. In Reiki Level I, you will be attuned to the Reiki healing energy and learn how to give a full and effective Reiki session to others and yourself. In Reiki Level II, you will receive the second level Reiki attunement, learn the Reiki symbols and Distance Reiki Healing. All graduates receive Reiki Level I and II certification. Reiki compliments all healing art practices like yoga, yoga teaching, massage and reflexology.
