VaihAyasa is Sanskrit for “being or moving in the air, suspended in the air, sky-dwellers.” This 8-day training will be held in Rehoboth Beach, DE. VaihAyasa Aerial Yoga training will give students a deeper understanding of beginning thru advanced aerial postures; Safety, sequencing, and rigging will also be covered. Upon completion of course & apprenticeship, students will receive certification in VaihAyasa Aerial Yoga, having the ability to begin teaching aerial yoga.
