Need an escape from the daily stress? Come and enjoy this 5-week series class designed to soothe the nerves and relax the mind. Explore how stress affects the body and how yoga can become part of your self care routine. This class will be a gentle, rhythmic flow to burn off the excess energy of the day followed by restorative poses and pranayama for deep relaxation. Lots of candlelight and gentle aromatherapy will help promote restfulness, just in time for bed!

$60 for 5 weekly 75-minute classes; Wednesdays at 7:15pm, starting February 27th; Contact Abigail Eaves at 978-662-5181, aeaves@balanced-solutions.org to register. *Minimum of 6 participants required. Abigail is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and regularly teaches Mindful Vinyasa Yoga on Fridays at 9:30am.
