Iyengar Yoga = Props Yoga? Not really! This Iyengar yoga workshop will guide you through the basic knowledge of Iyengar yoga. Emphasizing on detail, precision and alignment in the perfomance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). This event is dedicated for everyone both beginner and practitioners with minimum one year yoga experience, that's why we call it "EmbracEveryone".
