The training is divided in 3 parts, the second level “The Heart” will be given at Kura Kura yogaretreat in Bali Sva-dharma means literally “one’s own true path (dharma)”. The Sva-Dharma is a “yogi training”, a sacred ground to receive training, guidance and practices to be- come a real yogi (one who’s life is dedicated to awakening). The training is an immersion in all the aspects of yoga and experience how all the yogic practices can be woven together as a living art and spiritual awakening.
At Kura Kura we emphasize on the more subtle body and mind practices. These more advanced yoga practices will affect the nervous system, the energy pathways called nadis and areas of focused life energy called chakras. You will learn how to change the patterns of the flow of energy in the body. The philosophical ground of practice will be based on the Bhagavad Gita, and comprise an introduction to Buddhism and Tantra. |
