	2:00pm - 5:30pm Spine and Lower Back Therapeutics: Low back pain is afflicts 60% of all American’s and costs billions of dollars each year. In this workshop we will address how to work with several conditions which cause lower back pain. By understanding how to assess the problem the student will be able to treat this condition more accurately. Urban Zen Modalities: Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Nutrition, Contemplative Care. Young Living Essential Oils will be used in class. This workshop is the second of three modules teaching the Urban Zen Therapeutics and Integrative Yoga method.
