1:00pm - 4:00pm Shoulder Girdle Therapeutics: Understanding the head/neck/ and shoulder region can be a conundrum. As teachers we must look at the whole and not just the part. Correct action in the shoulder major creates stability so the head and neck are free. By addressing lines of awareness and having a sense of curiosity is important and will help to rewire habitual patterns in this region. In this class Ed and Laura will address a simple but profound recipe for health of the shoulder girdle. Urban Zen Modalities: Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Nutrition, Contemplative Care. Young Living Essential Oils will be used in class.
