Yang Flow – Series I with Wendy Kolanz Five Class Series incorporating floor stretches, Yang flow sequences and links to classic yoga asana poses. • Center with breath awareness. • Warm up with breath and stretches for all major joints and muscle groups. • Learn Yang flow sequences that access Chi/Prana flow in the body, challenge flexibility, create heat in the body and build stamina. • Practice taking Yang flow into classic asana poses • End with relaxation 75 minute class Advance registration required $65 series pre-register ($20/class drop-in, only with authorization by instructor, for safety and class flow. This class is more athletic with greater emphasis on balance, flexibility, stamina and specific sequencing. We will be building week to week and the goal is for the sequences to become as fluid as possible. ) (6 advanced registration minimum to run) |
