We are inviting to one week spiritual retreat which can be a start point to self-transformation. Participans will be taught to discipline mind and body through self-observation in action. Yoga, meditation, art classes, nutrition improvement and spiritual trips are just few activities we have to offer. Our aim is to concentrate on eradication of mental impurities and achieve higher happiness. The group of just 10 to 12 people will be incouraged to open up to each other and most importantly to themself. Our retreat is a short training which will help you to get started to walk on spiritual path and you can get back to usual lifestyle with new skills and ways to deal with every day challenges.
We will be concentrating on 3 main areas – physical, emotional and mental training. In one week we will explore and get to know ourselfs better, we'll learn to hear what our physical, emotional and mental bodies need. Each of them have different desires and needs and we have the right to choose which one of them to satisfy and which one of them just to observe and let go.
It's completely non-sectarian, non-judgemental retreat open mostly to those who are new to yoga, meditation and arts spirituality. Our aim is to assemble a group of people who are tired from fast way of living, got lost in daily routine but are ready to do necessary practices to change their life. Daily physical nutrition of yoga and vegetarian food, emotional nutrition of art classes and trips to beautiful Croatian islands and mental nutrition of meditation will heal you from the core. Moreover all these activities can be practised regularly at home so you can easily include all or some of them you like most into your daily routine. The most important is regularity and continuity of practice. This is the secret of success.
