This is a 30-hour intensive course, covering the Fundamentals of Yoga Teaching Topics will include basic yoga philosophy, anatomy, postures, breathwork, meditation and Ayurveda. In addition to full attendance, requirements include homework and study assignments. Upon completion, each participant will be awarded a Hatha Yoga 2 Teacher Certificate Course includes: Lecture and Study materials. Practice Sessions Evaluation of homework assignments.5 Observation and 5 Practicum hours. Prerequisites: Hatha Yoga I or comparable experience. |
