Please join us for a workshop geared towards runners. Yoga offers many benefits like increased flexibility and breath control, in this workshop we will address the specific poses that are most effective for opening tight hamstrings, how to safely lengthen your body from the bottom of your feet through the low back and spine. We will practice breathing techniques which help to quiet the mind, and can increase endurance by adding a meditative quality to running. Runners and Yogis of all levels welcome.
