Friends and Families will have a blast sharing this fun and sometimes silly yoga workshop. We all have super powers inside our bodies and minds that are just waiting to be engaged. Learn ways to explore your strength in the comfortable presence of friends and family.
This multi-generational yoga practice will consist of slow vinyasas, standing postures, balancing postures, partner yoga, and seated and reclined postures. With a sidekick of meditation and pranayama, each participant will feel rejuvenated, relaxed, and ready to keep the bad guys at bay.
This workshop is accessible to a wide range of physical abilities. Children as young as 4 and as old as 104 will enjoy exploring their super powers.
