During this workshop you will begin to tune-in to yourself and find your personal freedom to ride the waves of life with grace and poise. Inspired by the innate nature of the serpent, we will slither through asana that awakens our spirits and sheds our inhibition as we seek to find balance within ourSelves. We will focus our minds on eternal concepts as our breath blends with the natural world and guides us to a place of understanding. Learn to detach from prior beliefs and long held truths unfairly attached to these creatures. With yoga as our medium, we will draw wisdom for the natural world that will aid us in living in the material world of 2013. Please join Goo as she shares her life experiences walking the Earth with serpents as her constant companions.
