This retreat is available to all practitioners, those brand new to yoga and those who are more experienced and maybe teaching. All the retreats I have taught have had a mix of both so I like to think the class is like a buffet, you pick and choose what options work for you.

Our Schedule:

A morning session is scheduled for around 7.45 a.m. This session will begin gently awaking the body through moving meditation & breathing. We will then dive into a more dynamic practice weaving in Anusara alignment principles but being free and creative to flow in way suitable to the whole group.

At 10.00 a.m. a large breakfast is provided leaving the majority of the day clear for other activities.

There is a further yoga session from 6.00 to 7.30 p.m. followed by dinner as scheduled – on other nights we eat out. The evening practice will either continue the theme from the morning eg. working from the organ body, belly, hips and pelvis or we will be doing a combination of restorative yoga and sound baths or Flow and Fly with thai massage.
