Spring tune-up time! Purge toxins and awaken from the sluggishness that winter brings: less sunshine, heavier foods, a few extra pounds.
1. Dicover the easy and delicious way to do your own Nutritional Cleanse. By setting and sticking to the intention to simplify the diet by eating less food and cleaner food, your body can naturally eliminate toxins. In this phased approach, you’ll embrace the simplicity of whole foods, as you add certain food groups each day. It's nutritious, effective and doable. You'll feel lighter, revitalized and more focused.

• You'll learn how to enhance your cleanse experience, plus post-cleanse maintenance and ways to "keep it real”

2. Get inspired with a Detox Yoga Class open to all levels*, designed to stoke healthy digestive fires, called “agni.” Twists create a "squeeze-and-soak" action: tummy organs are compressed, pushing out toxins. Then fresh blood flows in, carrying oxygen for healing, stimulating circulation, and refreshing the body. We’ll practice an energizing sequence of simple and challenging twists, then cool down with asana and pranayama to rejuvenate and calm the nervous system. *Not appropriate during pregnancy.
Class includes detox yoga session, cooking demo, comprehensive booklet filled with tips, tools, recipes and inspiration, and email support during your cleanse.
