It's time for spring cleaning! As we move into spring, it is the perfect time to melt away accumulated toxins that have built up in our bodies over the winter when we tend to eat heavier, sweeter foods. And, everyday we are exposed to toxins that affect our health, mood and vitality. In this weeklong intensive, we will explore how to purify our bodies to improve our physical health, increase our vitality and balance our emotions. We will practice daily 60 minute yoga sequences targeting specific areas of the physical and energetic body to release toxins. We will also learn how to incorporate a cleansing, whole foods diet (not a fast!) to facilitate the purification process.

Students will receive a workbook that will include an outline of the week, daily routine, a shopping list, recipes and more! Also included is a natural beverage infused with essential oils to help cleanse and energize the organs, whole foods supplements to aid the body in the cleansing process, discounts on Energy and Thai Yoga Bodywork, 100% natural body care products and more.
