Do you have a free Saturday morning? Then you have what it takes to learn the newest water sport craze, Stand Up Paddling! This fun and active workshop is open to any age, any size. We start with a core balance yoga session, awakening the body and tuning our stance and balance. Next, SUP lessons start on the beach for a few minutes and then you are on the water minutes later learning control and posture, balance and stroke, turning and stopping. Paddling is quickly addictive, fun and easy enough for anyone to do it. The things we will teach you will be :

How to carry your gear Boarding and alighting your board from the beach Balance and staying upright. Correct paddling/stroke technique Dealing with boat wash/waves Emergency methods of paddling for bad weather. Trimming of the board Methods of turning (stationary, moving and pivot) Recovery after a fall

**Class size limited to 8 people

**We supply the yoga mats, SUP boards, and everything you need. Just bring comfortable loose clothing, your bathers, and a good attitude!
